Zachary is enjoying his season on the Knapp Knights Soccer Team. Today the Knights hit the road to play Eagle Crest. Though they came up a little short in the end, the Knights played their hearts out and can stand proud.

On March 21, Nathaniel participated with other members of Knapp Charter Academy’s Chess Club at the Holland Junior Open on the campus of Hope College. Competition was tough, but Nathaniel enjoyed his time playing other players his age. The Holland Sentinel posted a nice article on the tournament (link).
Tonight we journeyed to Holland MI, for the Ottawa County Fair’s Off Road Demo Derby run by Unique Motor Sports. Everyone seemed to have a good time and an excellent view from our vantage point in the pits. Thank you Todd and Kathleen for the passes.
The Fifth of July brought a trip to the Holland State Park for a few pictures. The Vedders Family dinned on burgers from the new Five Guys Burgers and Fries in Holland and played at Huizenga Park in Zeeland. All-in-all a good day.
